Construction Secretary/ Administrator

We are looking for an Construction Secretary / Administrator to join a busy construction company in Essex
Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Setting up meetings
- Taking notes
- Making payments
- Travel arrangements.
- Ordering PPE’s
- Setting up files
- Potential for some Personal Assistant work for the two directors on an ADHOC basis.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration duties on site
- Keeping document control processes up-to-date
- Ensure site stationery is stocked up as required
- You will support the site team and production department with all admin duties
- Taking minutes and ensuring they are distributed to the relevant people
- Maintaining petty cash records
- Compiling the Project Managers construction reports
- Ensuring all building Health & Safety files are maintained
This is an excellent role with a growing business and would suit someone who is currently working as a secretary or had relevant experience and is wanting a new chapter in their career.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
