Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a vast, multinational retailer with stores across Europe. They are currently looking for an experienced European payroll specialist to join their central HR hub in Erdington to hit the ground running and provide immediate support to their payroll team.

**The Role**:

- Collating Payroll data and figures
- Communicating with European HR functions of the business
- Processing high volume transnational data in multiple currencies
- Utilising the Workday system and Excel to gather data for the outsourced payroll company with no margin for error
- Must have experience with European Payroll
- Must be fluent in English as well as at least one of: French, Spanish, German, Italian
- Experience with Workday would be desirable, but a similar system is also beneficial
- Excellent excel skill
