**Minister of Religion Responsibilities**:
The minister acts as the congregation's glue, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and participated in their faith. Christian ministers offer daily worship services as well as special events such as baptisms, communion, funerals, counselling, confirmations, and marriages for churchgoers. You will serve the church as well as the community.

Ministers play an important role in God's progressive work on the planet. As a result, they play various roles in God's redemption plan.

Ministry you must please God and do His will (John 4:34, 6:29).

Serve God’s people (John 13:1-20)

Preaching of God’s word (Acts 6:2, Luke 4:16-19).

Intercession for everyone (Timothy 2:1-3).

Serves and attends to needs (Acts 6:7, Exo.29)

To work as a pastor, you must have comprehensive knowledge of the Bible and a strong religious conviction. You also must be ordained by a church or accredited body. Beneficial skills may include:

- Strong character
- Impartiality
- Public speaking
- Compassion for struggles and concerns of others
- Ability to communicate clearly
- An Ordained minister of Religion is wanted in our Church
- Bible believing church

Proclaiming and Teaching God’s Word
Devoted to prayer. Youth Training in Biblical Studies

God's word and prayers are spiritually necessary for them.
Their physical requirements for assistance and materials their emotional needs for love, care, and family are all met. And being anointed (Acts 6:1-7)

**Silks and Qualifications Required**:

- We require a minister who has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Saviour.
- Understanding God, New Creation Realities, Mission & Evangelism, Church Administration and Management, Effective Preaching (Communication Skills), and Systematic Theology including Synoptic Gospels and Torah with qualifications, as well as a minimum Diploma in Theology, are required of applicants.
- Ministers must be Ordained and anointed for two (2) years, and they must have previous work experience. The applicant must have accepted God's message and believe that prayers are spiritually vital for them. Their physical requirements fit in health, sound doctrine emotional and material love and care for the congregation as stated in (Acts 6:1-7).

According to the Bible, it is being anointed means being given the tools needed to complete a specific task. Because God's work is spiritual, and it takes the Spirit of God to complete this task, this is usually done by the Holy Spirit (1 Samuel 16:13).
When people were anointed, God gave them the ability to carry out his will (1 Samuel 10:6)

As previously stated, a minister is a servant or one who serves. This is the act of ministering to the needs of believers or saints.
