**About the Night Support Worker role**:
**Smithfield **is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

We’re looking for a Night Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.

**Working hours**:
Waking night shifts - 30 Hours Per week. 9.15pm to 7.15am. Consisting of 3 shifts per week on a 4 weekly rota which will include weekends and bank holidays.

**Skills and experience of our ideal Night Support Worker**:

- A caring, patient nature
