Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, we host over 150 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.- We are currently looking for outgoing, customer focused people to join our Food & Beverage team working across Encore and SubZero cafes.***

**WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?**
- Supervising & lead the café team
- Preparing & serving hot & cold drinks
- Preparing & serving food
- Making sure all food & drink is prepared to company standards
- Ensuring the delivery of great quality customer service
- Cleaning, tidying & organising areas
- Maintaining company & statuary health & safety and food hygiene regulations, and all reporting processes are followed ensuring stock is replenished, and merchandising is in place and in accordance with company standard
- Ensuring cash handling policy is adhered to
- Support the F&B Manager and Cafes Assistant F&B Manager in developing and training new staff
- Support the Cafes Assistant F&B Manager in any additional duties

- Be comfortable & confident in dealing with customers
- Friendly, polite & well presented
- Team player, with good time management skills
- Confidence in cash handling and the use of tills is an **essential**:
