Housekeeping Supervisor

**Main purpose of job**: An exciting opportunity has become available to support our Head of Housekeeping and join an existing team who set up our weddings, clean our venue and maintain our beautiful bedrooms to the highest standard at newest wedding venue in Monmouthshire - Sant Ffraed House. Abergavenny.

You will have a high level of personal presentation and deliver the highest level of cleaning standards at all times. Your role will comprise of setting up our wedding decor, cleaning our stunning rooms at our 5* Wedding Venue and maintaining our high standards throughout.

**Key responsibilities**:
An eye for detail, with the ability to motivate a team.

Customer service - Deliver the companies stated mission with exceptional service and venue standards for the bridal party, their guests plus new prospective clients.

System and process - Full compliance of all operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.

**Main duties** - Delivering highest level of cleaning standards at all times - Cleaning the wedding venue accommodation - Setting up the wedding decor. Preparing the accommodation for guests - Must have a professional work ethic - Carry out instructions as given by management and supervisors - Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Relevant experience needed**:House keeping experience

**Aptitude, skills and abilities needed**: Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision, strong attention to detail required, organisational skills, pride & passion to do a good job, ability to communicate and connect with employees and management and take direction.

Personal attributes needed: Team Player, good communicator, astute, flexible proactive
