ACS International Schools is looking for an IBDP Coordinator to join the team at ACS Egham.

The main purpose of this role is to develop, maintain and plan the implementation of changes to the IBDP to ensure that teachers are well trained and that the school achieves high standards of academic excellence.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Teaching qualification
- Experienced high school teacher, as you will typically teach some classes
- Experience of the IBDP programme/administration as appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent ACS Schools externally

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- IBDP policies, principles, standards and publications
- Resources - prepare budgets for the programme and recommend suitable resources to support programme delivery
- Lead the review and evaluation process and action plans for the assigned programme
- Organise examinations
- Record-keeping
- Staff professional development
- Liaison with external programme bodies
