Factory Operative

**Opportunity summary**: Work as part of the machine assembly
line team, manufacturing rigid boxes using a variety of assembly
techniques, on our Twilight shift, working 1800 to 2200 Monday to Thursday

How you will impact WestRock
You will operate as part of the assembly line, producing high quality rigid boxes primarily for the drinks market.
Boxmakers will be required to rotate on the line, working on all the above tasks.
Feeding and in line finishing of components on the Kolbus box lines
Assemble shippers offline and manually pack boxes
Conducting a visual inspection to ensure products achieve the quality requirements

**What you need to succeed**:
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced & high volume manufacturing environment
Good understanding of processes within a packaging environment
Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good communication skills
