**What We're Looking For**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Thorough knowledge of current USA building regulations.
- A strong foundation in construction technology and high-level detailing.
- Excellent FF&E skills, with the ability to bring a project to life through meticulous selection and design.
- A strong communicator, capable of working collaboratively and making pivotal decisions within a team setting.
