Ensuring all documentation meets ISO Integrated Management System requirements and standards including subcontractor compliance
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Producing progress reports for senior managers
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Organise and distribute documents i.e. Site files
- Update company MID for fleet and associated vehicle administration
- Assisting bid team during the tenders
- Schedule/record keeping of training, inspections, testing and calibration as necessary
- Any other duties deemed necessary by senior management to facilitate effective operation of company business

Required Skills include;
- Strong IT skills - proficient in MS Office
- highly organised and work well in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Highly motivated individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
