Membership Sales Advisor

**Role Overview**:As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to expand our member base. You'll be responsible for both team and individual efforts, requiring excellent people skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in various sales channels. You'll work closely with potential customers, local businesses, and our existing members to promote our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage with potential customers and local businesses to understand their fitness needs and present suitable membership options.
- Conduct facility tours, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and memberships sold.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Represent our brand positively and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong phone manner and effective communication skills.
- Well-organized and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.

**Working Hours**:

- Tuesday 4pm - 10pm
- Thursday 4pm - 10pm
- Sunday 10am - 4pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
