**JOB TITLE**:Warranty Administrator

**1. JOB PURPOSE**:
Assisting the Group in submitting warranty claims and invoices to a variety of manufacturers and ensuring full reimbursements. Tracking of warranty claims and progress.

**2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Updating subsidiaries on the status of warranty claims
3. Seeing warranty claims through to completion and ensuring the below is claimed for: a. Parts used b. Labour c. Shipping d. Customs clearance costs e. Consumables f. Travel time

4. Liaising daily with subsidiaries in Togo, Ghana and Nigeria regarding any additional information required to carry out your role.

5. Liaising with accounts department on ensuring payments or credits notes have been received for work done and orders placed.

6. Reconcile Sage warranty accounts to warranty lead schedules to ensure all costs are captured and all invoices are raised.

7. Liaising with Logistics on the status of ordered warranty parts and updating relevant business unit.

8. Raise invoices to manufacturers where applicable.
9. Provide monthly reports accounting for the value of what has been claimed, by business units and highlighting which has been approved / paid.

10. Liaise with manufacturers on issues relating to claims and resolve or escalate.

11. Promote a positive working environment, making improvement to policy and procedure for the advancement of the Company

12. Comply with PSAL Group employee handbook, policies & procedures.
Incorporating contractual employment obligations.

13. Comply with Group safety policy & report all unsafe practice. Managing the safety of yourself and others at all times.

Training & 1. Participate openly in all forms of training for the benefit of the
Development company and personal capability / safety. duties 2. Own your own development; seek courses aligned to the business objectives & present costed case benefits for management decision.
(Certainly at appraisal, but expected periodically).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
