Our client, a thriving organisation located in Little Hulton, Manchester, is seeking dedicated Order Pickers / Packers to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. As an Order Picker / Packer, you will play a pivotal role in our warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities include:

- Order Fulfilment: Accurately picking and packing customer products based on provided pick lists.
- Dispatch Preparation: Assisting in preparing orders for timely dispatch, ensuring products reach customers in pristine condition.
- Warehouse Support: Contributing to general warehouse duties as needed, such as organising inventory and maintaining a well-organised workspace.
- Safety: Complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

- Experience: Previous experience in order picking and packing, ideally in a warehouse setting.
- Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Numeracy and Literacy: Strong numeracy and literacy skills to ensure order accuracy.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet performance goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain order accuracy and quality.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items, as this role involves manual handling.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Shift hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
