**Medical Diagnostics Sales Specialist - South East**

**Package**: Up to £70k, there is a potential to earn up to £20k bonus, plus car allowance of £8,400, private health insurance, 25 days A/L + bank hols etc

You will need to live on patch, ideally the South East as the main stay of the business is in the east.

**Territory is**:

- South London below the River
- Kent
- Surrey

**Key expectations for the role are**:

- The main focus for this role is to promote and sell the companies range of infectious disease/diagnostics portfolio to (microbiology, pathology, immunology) departments
- To meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue (and potentially pricing) targets
- To maintain requested administrative records in a timely manner (e.g. on accounts, leads/potential accounts, sales calls, customer contact details etc). This may include learning and use of a CRM system, excel spreadsheets and other software systems
- To diligently follow-up customer leads.
- To deliver a blend of customer interactions to include face-face, remote, telephone and digital meetings. Embracing a multi-channel approach.
- To analyse and implement account strategies/plans and forecasts for your territory
- To work cross functionally and assist Product Support, Finance and Marketing colleagues (in, for example, obtaining information, providing introductions), and generally displaying good teamwork.

Customers are labs (microbiology, pathology, immunology), specialist clinical (gastro, sexual health, infectious diseases, occ health etc), CCGs/ICBs, Public Health/UKHSA & NHS.

**The Person**:

- You will be someone who is very commercially minded and is passionate about your work
- Ideally you will be from a pharma/diagnostics sales background
- It is critical that you have experience in primary and secondary care and clinical sales.
- Life Sciences degree or other similar educational qualification
- Experienced in selling Life Sciences or Healthcare products or services
- Experienced in selling to multi-level procurement process organisations.
- Demonstrated prior sales success, particularly with Key Account Management implementation
- Excellent communication skills
- CRM familiarity
- You need to live on patch, somewhere in the Southeast / South Central area.
- You must have the right to live and work in the UK, no sponsorship available - sorry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
