Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding systems to provide safe working platforms for various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in electrical, plumbing, welding, roofing, fabrication, and the use of hand and power tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct and assemble scaffolding systems according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Erect scaffolding structures using various materials such as steel pipes, beams, and planks
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets safety standards
- Inspect scaffolds for defects or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Dismantle scaffolding at the completion of projects
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role
- Proficient in electrical work, plumbing, welding, roofing, fabrication, masonry, carpentry, painting, and the use of hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of scaffold construction techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.76-£15.52 per hour

**Benefits**:
