Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients - Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menu items - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Skills: - Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
