**About The Role**:
**Please note that this position is part-time for 7.5 hours a week with a pro-rata salary from £6,769 up to £7,222 per annum.**

EKC Group are seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer specialising in Human Resources to join the EKC Training Department. You will assess, track and support learners in a variety of environments to achieve there qualifications.

**About You**:
**What we are looking for?**
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Someone who has a positive and empathetic view towards learners
- Have a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards this.
- Ability to work with young people to achieve their full potential.

You will be working with apprentices who are working at Level 3 and Level 5, so your occupational background and/or HR qualifications will need to reflect this.
