Soper of Lincoln require an experienced Parts Advisor to work in their busy BMW & MINI Retail Centre. You will be required to serve both public and trade customers, as well as the internal workshop.

Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists would be an advantage.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- To organize and co-ordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and internal requirements.
- To maximise sales volumes and margins
- To accurately identify customer parts requirements
- To maintain parts stock and stock records
- To process parts orders efficiently
- To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- To contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- To promote parts and accessory sales
- To ensure parts stock holding is kept to a minimum.
- Team working and communication with other departments.

**Person Specifications**

**Essential**
- Previous Parts department experience
- The ability to quickly establish requirements and work productively within a team environment.
- Confidence with IT systems
- Knowledgeable in the basic vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
