You are a strong communicator and building great relationships with stakeholders comes easily to you.

You have experience working within the construction industry and educational institutes using your instructional design qualifications and you are proficient in the use of Articulate 360. You'll also ideally be skilled in the use of video recording liveaction, instructional videos, and talking head/interviews.

You have knowledge of learning methodologies and instructional design processes and an awareness of SCORM standards and standard content integrations of learning management systems.

This Instructional Designer role will be responsible for ensuring that all learning and development products are developed to design briefs, specifications, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce learning and development products and solutions that will deliver measurable impacts and value-for-money
- Responsible for all aspects of the learning management system
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the envisioning and design of learning and development interventions
- Conduct and participate in design planning sessions and scoping meetings
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs
- Recording and production of different types of video (interview, vlog, talking head, live video etc.)
- Accurately prepare and develop assessments, guides, syllabi, learning objectives, and supporting materials
