**Forklift Operator / Packer**

Careerlink are seeking a Forklift Operator/Packer to join a successful manufacturing company in Birmingham (B6 4AP). In this role, you will be responsible for moving and organizing heat exchangers within the warehouse using a forklift, as well as packing and preparing them for shipment. A forklift licence is preferable for this position.

**Location**: Birmingham (B6 4AP)

**Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift to move and organize heat exchangers within the warehouse.
- Package and prepare heat exchangers for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure that all packaging materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Use basic hand tools to assemble and disassemble heat exchangers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production targets while maintaining a high level of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail.
- A valid forklift license is preferable but others may be considered.
- Previous experience packing heat exchangers or similar industrial equipment is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
