Our client is a rapidly growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre Due to its success and growth is looking to add more experienced Life Consultants to the team.

We have our own internal Lead Generation department producing live hot keys for the consultants of circa 15 per day that are pre-qualified for either a review of an existing policy or quote for new cover.

As a consultant for the business, you will on an advised basis with the leading U. K’s leading insurers that we work with. Each consultant will be transferred min of 12 hot keys from our internal lead generation teams.

The role will be;
- Receiving live hot keys to convert through improving policy using fact find and preferential rates we get from the providers
- Offer multiple products including Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection & Family Income Benefit
- Ensure all sales are compliant and meet clients’ requirements through a non-advised sale process

What you will do / have
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Life Insurance either advised or none advised, ideally experience in taking live leads.
- Have a process driven sales style, confident in fact finding and developing rapport with clients through a consultative approach
- Money motivated with ambition to over succeed any targets given
- Good sense of humour, we want to foster a friendly / can do approach to the role and within the team, a positive environment for all

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Base Salary**
- £24,000 to £30,000 (experience within Life Insurance)

**Additional Pay**
