We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic new team members to support our operations team this summer. It is a varied role that will give you a taste of all the aspects that go into making a busy hotel run like clockwork.

Working with both our housekeeping and kitchen teams, you will play a valuable role in ensuring they have everything they need to make our guests happy. You’ll be working alongside a team of like-minded and passionate people that really care and when your shift’s over, embrace the elements and take advantage of discounted paddleboarding hire and sessions.

**What your days could look like**:

- In housekeeping_

Support our busy housekeeping team by giving them a boost on our busiest of days by: stripping beds, emptying bins and taking away dirty glasses, crockery and cutlery

Stocking and maintaining all our housekeeping cupboards and pantries

Supply the team with products, equipment, and linen they need to service and clean

Keep our hotel corridors clean and clear of any laundry and equipment that has been used in the rooms
- In our kitchens and behind the scenes_
- Make sure that our chemical spray guns blue towel dispensers are filled and replenished
- Ensure waste bins are emptied regularly
- Wash dishes and cutlery making sure all areas have enough to use (this will include using our dish washers)
- Polish cutlery ready for our bar and waiting teams to use
- Clean and sanitise our kitchens and back of house corridor floors
- Wash and polish glasses
- Make sure our bar team have enough products to use
- In our restaurants_
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner
- Work in all areas of the restaurant
- Keep the area you’re responsible for clean, tidy and organised
- Work together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team
- Swim Club_
- Manage access to Swim Club while welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to Swim Club
- Familiarise guests with the area and offer help/assistance where needed
- Welcome all day visitors to Swim Club and ensure the smooth running of their day
- Liaise with the therapists on duty to update them on any changes to their appointments throughout the day
- Activities _
- Be an activities champion for our guests
- Help with preparation, organisation, delivery and running of the paddle sports and archery and activities for our guests both on and off the water
- Work as part of a team to set up, pack up and help all guests using the equipment on the lake
- Engage with guests in a friendly, relaxed but professional manner
- Interact with direct team and wider hotel colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
