Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for our client, a health care provider who are looking to add a Supply Chain Administrator to their busy team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well know organisation and you will be provided with full training and support. You will assist with the Supply Chain Administration activities, primarily assisting with purchasing, receipt and dispatch of goods and the processing of import/export documentation to assist in the timely, efficient, and accurate flow of goods.

**Duties Include**:

- Raise Purchase Orders in line with business replenishment requirements
- Assist in all administrative functions to support the supply chain & purchasing processes in both the Purchasing & Supply Chain (Warehouse) departments.
- Working closely with Logistics staff to assist with workload pressures and resolve administrative issues as required.
- Monitor stock levels against predetermined minimum levels.
- Carry out receipt and dispatch of goods
- Resolve discrepancies with goods received/dispatched
- Processing import/export documentation
- Arrange and dispatch equipment for return/repairs with external supply partners.
- Participate in stock take activity
- Support the business in driving best practice within the supply chain process

**To be considered**
- Have a experience of working in a data entry role
- Competent user of all Microsoft office packages
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
