**Company Description**:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Chilton area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production, operating machinery and wrapping products ready for dispatch.

**Job Specification**:
**The Role**:

- Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets
- Working in a fast paced, dirty production environment
- Safely operating machinery to manufacture products within spec
- Use of hand tools for assembly of products
- Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor
- Following manual handling guidelines to move completed products
- Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Using measuring tools to ensure products are correct

**The Person**:

- Someone with a can do attitude
- Must be flexible to work overtime
- Physically fit as manual handling is present in the role along with heavy lifting
- Comfortable with working in dirty environments

**The Benefits**:

**The Hours**:

- 6:00am 14:00pm, 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Please be aware a night shift may come on in the future - 22:00pm - 6:00am

**The Pay**:

- Days: £9.50ph
- Backs: £10.83ph
- Nights: £12.35ph
