Due to growth in workload, this client is seeking a professional Spanish speaking administrator to deal with clients on an International basis

The duties are varied to include:
- To be responsible for the handling of specific overseas markets with Spain and South America compromising 2 core components.
- To build relationships and customer base and to help grow sales..
- Handling customer enquiries and providing the best solutions and quotations for their requirements through stock availability or through coordinating new availability of material with our purchasing and production departments
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Attending production meetings and progressing client orders to ensure the best information flow between the company and customers
- To process web enquiries for information and to liaise with our sample coordinator for the provision of samples as required by clients and Architects.
- To attend exhibitions both home and abroad as required
- To agree payment terms through negotiation with clients and our accounts department.
- Overseas travel to core markets may be required.
- General duties to assist in the smooth running of the company including socialising with visitors as and when required.

Person Specification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- IT literate
- Flexible approach towards working duties
- Willingness to travel if necessary
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Experience of working in an administrative role and dealing with clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
