**Business Process Modelling Manager (part of the Business Operations and Transformation Change Management team)**

**Location - Cheshire - Hybrid working ( WFM 3 days a week and 2 days office based )**

**30% Travel to Europe - Flexibility required**

We are looking for an expert in end-to-end Business Process Modelling Techniques & Integrated Management Tools, you must demonstrate that you have relevant experience in business organisations or consulting with a focus on organisational and business process management in overhead (S&GA) functions.

The role supports and governs the creation and continuous improvement in Process Map creating transparency with regards to performance and optimisation needs across all business functions within UK and Europe. As a main responsibility, it provides the basis for prioritization, decision making and issue resolution by the Senior Management Team and subsequent Steering Committees.

The role is working closely with the Transformation Office, an essential characteristic is to autonomously identify and drive topics, incorporate new developments and develop self-reliantly ideas and proposals for their realization - always in alignment with the functional Process Owners and Process Architects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Governing and supporting the business Process Community to continuously Drive the identification and definition of value streams at the different detail levels across the organizational Process Map
- Drive the operational implementation of change requests to realise our strategic target organisation along regulatory and internal requirements in alignment with all functional stakeholders
- Enable the product teams to structure the underlying processes in a consistent, accurate and appealing manner by coaching them but also by providing tools, methods, and frameworks
- Support the development of pragmatic and sustainable modelling standards and frameworks for an efficient management of business processes including process risks, controls and KPIs
- Set up of presentations, decision documents as well as recommendations to the Senior Management team
- Preparation and execution of workshops together with Process Owners and Process architects to promote end-to-end collaboration
- Supervision of a Process and Document System Expert providing the necessary tool-based process modelling and document management support

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed MSc or BSc studies with business focus or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ experience in a leadership function and/or stakeholder management
- Several years relevant experience in business organisations or consulting with focus on organisational and business process management in overhead (S&GA) functions
- Expert in Business Process Modelling Techniques & Integrated Management Tools
- Exceptional conceptional-creative skills in setting up and maintaining process governances, frameworks and modelling paired with an analytical mindset
- High level of proactiveness, decision making and business-oriented thinking, acting and stakeholder orientation
- Convincing personality, ability to communicate professionally with/to stakeholders and set up professional presentations
- Structured and focused approach to work as well as the ability to understand and abstract a complex context and prepare relevant decision-making documents
- Ability to coach and bring colleagues with them with an engaging, driven, persistent and credible approach
- Excellent English skills and an international mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
