Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. We are an established agency with many years of experience and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff.

**At Care Connection, we offer**:

- Weekly pay from £11.00-£18.00 shift dependent.

To be successful in the role you will need to have a caring attitude and be keen to make a difference, treating elderly and vulnerable people with respect.

You will have excellent communication skills and able to work well as part of a team.

You will be able to build and maintain good working relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.

Our client is looking for a kind, patient and compassionate care worker to help provide the best quality of care by following personal care plans for each individual resident. The home is located on the A360 road, about 5 miles south of Devizes.

The purpose-built care home provides a high standard of care to the elderly. Residents can enjoy 3 freshly cooked meals a day, offering a wide and varied diet. Coffee, tea and biscuits can be requested anytime throughout the day.

A selection of fun activities are available to the residents, as well as a yearly Garden Party in the beautiful, well-tended garden.

**Day-to-Day tasks could include**:

- Help getting in and out of bed.
- Washing and bathing.
- Dressing.
- Preparing drinks.
- Assisting with medication.
- Toileting.
- Assisting with mealtimes.
- Domestic duties.
