**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

The Marketing Services Executive plays a vital support role for TE's venues and for the Campaign Marketing team; working across all venues.

As a Marketing Services Executive and under the direction of the Marketing Services Manager you'll:

- Work with designers to produce ads, printed collateral and other assets in support of shows and groupwide initiatives
- Book adverts and broadcast campaigns; and ensure their timely delivery - monitoring results and reporting into the campaign team as required
- Create content for Press Releases and work with the Venue Marketing Coordinators to ensure support is given in respect of local PR initiatives
- Gather, resize, catalogue and store marketing materials (images, designs, logos, layered files etc) to ensure they are available as required and in the format requested)
- Work with third party producers to generate copy and images for brochures and other printed materials
- Oversee the design, print, mailing and distribution of the brochure and other printed collateral

The role reports to the Head of Marketing Services and has positive collaborative relationships with others across Trafalgar Entertainment and with third parties.

**ABOUT YOU**

You'll have some experience of and an understanding of the offline marketing mix; and an interest in the media landscape - ideally gained in a theatre, music or live entertainment setting. Some experience of media buying and briefing of designers would be an advantage; as would a keen interest in design.

You'll be someone who can work to deadlines and is self-motivated; and who is capable of handling multiple projects at the same time; prioritising as required. You'll have a keen eye for detail, strong copywriting and proofreading skills - and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude is a must.

**MARKETING SERVICES EXECUTIVE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Service the requirements of the Campaign team and to activate all aspects of offline marketing activity in relation to show campaigns, venue activity and other groupwide initiatives
- Be a key point of contact for the Campaign team and to seek quotes, place and fulfil advertising, broadcast media, print campaigns and direct mail communications
- To proof-read and check details to ensure all advertising is accurate, contains correct information and is easily understood
- Liaise with third party producers and their marketing representatives in order to finalise advertising and to send proofs, ideas and creative content to them as part of that process
- Check successful delivery of advertising, broadcast content and to pick up any issues with the suppliers as required
- Plan and fulfil the brochure process - scheduling, gathering content, liaising with designers, printers and mailing houses to ensure timely delivery within brand guidelines and to a specified standard
- To arrange postal mailings of the brochure, postcards and other collateral with mailing houses and to report back to the campaign team on delivery dates and doormat dates in support of show campaigns
- Gather assets from third-party producers; and to be responsible for saving, cataloguing and resizing where required in order to support the Campaign, Venue and Trafalgar Tickets team
