Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, you'll play a core part in providing fantastic customer service.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 350 hours over the duration of the contract. You'll work 10 Hours per week from March
- November, 2 hours per morning usually 9-11am.

**Salary**:£3,675 per annum

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be working with the Facilities Co-ordinator and 5 seasonal Welcome and Service Assistants, to deliver exceptional customer service everyday for our open visitors.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Assistant, you'll assist with the day to day cleanliness and presentation the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces. You’ll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning and minor maintenance ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. You'll also be asked to help with some manual work such as unloading deliveries.

Duties such as cleaning, sweeping and litter picking will form a core part of your role, both inside and outdoors. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the area by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude. General maintenance work and helping within other teams will also be part of your role.
