**Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, your main role and responsibilities will be to contribute and maintain the Brand Identity for a group of Companies. The focus being on the Digital Marketing for the Companies Estate Agency business.

You will work as part of an enthusiastic team, paying an integral part in the dynamic and focused marketing to assist in growing each company within the group.

**Salary**:
£16,640 per annum.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with team members to drive ideas and produce excellent content (display / remarketing ads, video, landing pages) to meet KPI's.
- Working closely with team members to effectively plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise overall performance.
- Support the development and execution of paid and non-paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
- Assist in the creation and optimisation of social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads & other platforms, analysing what’s working and what isn’t, and continually testing new ideas to achieve the best results for growth.
- Working with our websites to ensure relevant and updated content, considering search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Creating client-facing reports to support our team members in sales meetings.
- Reviewing overall marketing campaign successes using measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Monitoring social inboxes and interacting with customers, including responding to customer reviews on all platforms.
- Leverage AI technology to produce relevant and compelling content for various digital marketing channels.
- Analysing existing activity / performance and creating audits of prospective client’s marketing activity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into your work.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and actively participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
- You are expected to use your own initiative. If you are unsure of any aspect of your role and responsibilities you should contact your manager for advice should the need arise.
- You may be required to train and mentor new members of staff as and when required in addition to your normal duties.

**Desirable skills**:

- A strong interest in Digital Marketing with a basic knowledge of Adobe suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.) with a desire to excel in learning to succeed in the position by becoming proficient in using various Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms
- Experience working in an office environment is essential
- Previous Estate Agency experience would be beneficial
- Have good written communication skills

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
