We’re looking for a full time, permanent Kitchen Fitter to carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Kitchen Fitter working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused planned works team.

Salary from: £34,473.05 per annum. Ability to earn extra with our trade plus scheme.

A company vehicle as well as IT equipment, uniform and tools will be provided

The hours of work will be 40 hrs per week. Working from in and around Kings Lynn, Dereham, Norwich, North Walsham and surrounding areas.

**Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. **A company vehicle will be provided

**Duties**:
Ø The full installation of a kitchen upgrade.

Ø Supporting Bathroom Fitting and ‘Internal Multiskilled Trade’ duties.

Ø The ability to read drawings.

Ø Basic decorating skills.

Ø Ceramic tiling.

Ø Floor levelling.

Ø Laying of floor tiles.

Ø Basic Plumbing.

Main Responsibilities:
Ø To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all Kitchen Fitting duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.

Ø Supporting Bathroom Fitting and ‘Internal Multiskilled Trade’ duties.

Ø To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company ‘Right First Time ‘approach towards our customers.

Ø To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Ø To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.

Ø Providing out of hours support on a rota based system. Additional remuneration will be incorporated for this.

Essential Requirements:
Ø Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Kitchen modification.

Ø Full Valid Manual Driving License.

Ø Experience of Workplace Health and Safety.

Desirable Experience:
Ø Experience in ordering and collecting materials and/or plant hire.

Ø Experience of property maintenance.

Ø Experience of working within the Social Housing sector.

Contract: Full time and permanent
