- Friday 8am-8pm Hybrid working

Interviews will be held over Teams or Face to Face Temporary position until **end of April 2023**

**37.5 hours per week** to be worked flexibly within the hours of operation.

We are delighted to be working with our client in the NHS who are looking for a RFS Facilitator to join their team in Lincolnshire.
**About the role**:

- Undertake admin tasks such as ensuring all relevant information about patient is present.
- Receive an electronic referral for a patient
- Schedule the patient for clinical triage and then liaise with the patient by telephone to book them the most appropriate appointment
- Daily checking of the activity work lists within an electronic Referral Service (eRS)
- action any new incoming referrals, checking that the referral letter and other relevant documentation has been attached
- Monitor existing patient's progress through the system
- Produce daily reports for secondary care providers
- Monitor and action any rejected referrals
- Liaising with the provider to investigate reasons for rejections where not known and take appropriate follow-up action as required.
- Contacting the patient if an appointment needs to be re-booked

**About you**:

- You will have a good administrative / customer service background and you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have great computer and communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
- You will also need to be able to manage your own daily workload with ability to flex and change between tasks as required.
