We believe that you learn best by doing which is why our programmes involve a significant amount of practical work. You’ll also participate in lectures, but these will come with ample opportunity to discuss ideas and develop plans for your next project.

To add to this, you’ll be based in Central London at our Tower Hill campus, surrounded by some of the city’s top attractions. **Student and Academic Support Officer**

**Permanent**

**Tower Hill, London**

**Up to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**

**Requirements**:
**Do you have strong administrative skills, a passion for excellent customer service, outstanding organisational skills and an enthusiasm for supporting academic staff and students?**

**Would you be interested in working as a Student and Academic Support Officer, providing an efficient front-line service to students and academics for an exciting and rapidly expanding privately-owned arts college?**

This is the first and last point of contact for all students studying at LCCA. The role holder will work collaboratively with other student and academic support officers as a team to provide basic advice and referral to students. This position shall be the first point of contact for individual students and be responsible for the provision of day to day enquiry handling for the relevant courses, offering advice and support at the front desk. The student and academic support officer ultimately act as a referral point, to provide students with support, guidance, information and impartial, confidential advice. This particular role is a part of LCCA student and academic support department, which manages all the student enquiries for LCCA.

The post would ideally suited to a calm, systematic and well-organised individual with strong interpersonal skills. And, of course, we hope you’ll also share our passion for the creative arts and the exciting programmes we deliver in the areas of fashion, graphic design and business
