**Description**:

- Swift Plant is based at the group’s Head Office in Ibstock, Leicestershire. The company supplies a wide range of site equipment for the construction industry. Our customers range from local sole traders to large PLCs. We are looking to recruit a Plant Hire Administrator to process hires, sales and transport work and support the team with general plant hire administration.**Reporting to**:

- Ivan Hodges, Director of Plant Hire Services**Location**:

- Ibstock, Leicestershire**Position**:

- Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm**Responsibilities**:
- Taking and processing of orders for plant, site accommodation, scaffold, fencing, transport jobs, site diesel and group construction signage
- Reviewing supplier invoices, order match, recharge where necessary & input onto accounts systems.
- Processing recharges for hires, sales and transport work.
- Record gas oil supplies and complete statutory returns.
- Hire desk support.
- Produce work order sheets for fitters
- Updating hire board.
- Issue hire reports.
- Hire desk support.
- General admin duties.

**Experience**:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Able to identify and implement efficiencies and resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Maintain appropriate and effective communication both internally and externally.
- Experience within Plant Hire is an advantage, but not essential.
