**The Role**

Reporting to our Head Sommelier, an industry expert, our Sommelier will assist with the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a knowledgeable and elegant wine service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and passion for wine and be guided by an inspirational leader.

**The Person**

During service, our Sommelier will assist in guiding our guests through the world of wines in order to create the ultimate dining experience. Engaging with all our diners with natural warmth, charm and hospitality is an essential part of the role.

**We are looking for**:

- An enthusiastic, motivated individual with previous experience as a Wine Waiter/Waitress or Sommelier.
- A natural flair for communication while recommending wines to complement guest’s palates and food choices.

**Salary**: £35,000 per annum + Commission and Variable service charge
