**Day to Day Duties**:
As a Project Worker you will take the lead on shift overseeing and mentoring Scheme Support Officers. In the absence of the manager, you will look after the day to day running of the project.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Engaging and interacting with the people we support
- Writing and working towards support plan outcomes with the individual you are supporting
- Liaising with external agencies
- Addressing any additional needs which the people we support may have

Our motivation is to ensure we equip the individuals we support with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substancemisuse, and offending behaviour. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental and manage disputes or conflicts appropriately.

**This is a permanent position for 37 hours per week**

**The scheme is covered 24 hours, 7 days a week so you would be expected to work on a rota basis which would involve: day shifts, evenings and some weekends plus sleep in’s.
You will receive an additional payment for sleep ins and on call’s.**

For this role you are required to **drive and have access to a vehicle**, and you will also require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

We offer a holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays, sick pay, and excellent pension options.
