Purchase Ledger Assistant / Shoreham-By-Sea / Accountancy

**Client Details**

A well respected Shoreham-By-Sea organisation is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.

**Description**

As Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Ensure creditors are paid according to the agreed terms
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs
- Ongoing management of the purchase ledger inbox
- Match and verify invoices to our purchase order system
- Liaise with all teams across the business in ensuring that invoices and internal queries are actioned swiftly
- Set up new Supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details in accordance with internal compliance
- Investigate and resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes with suppliers
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers

**Profile**
- Word, Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Invoice processing
- Hybrid working after training completion (3 office / 2 from home)
- Strong communication

**Job Offer**
