Assist students with disabilities, learning difficulties, or other additional needs in accessing and participating in further education programmes. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during classes or practical sessions. Modify learning materials and resources to suit the individual needs and abilities of students. Provide alternative formats of materials, such as large print, audio, or electronic texts, as required. Work closely with teaching staff to assess student s progress and identify areas where additional support is needed. Monitor student s performance and behaviour in the classroom, noting any changes or concerns. Provide personal care assistance to students with physical disabilities or medical conditions. Support students in managing their behaviour and developing appropriate social skills. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement individualised support plans for students.
