We are looking for an Estate Agent to join our team in our contemporary town centre office.

Experience of working in Estate Agency is preferable but not completely essential although good knowledge of Paignton and surrounding areas would be beneficial.

We are open from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.

We do not open on bank holidays, you will also receive an extra 3/4 days holiday during the Xmas period and your birthday off, bringing the total holiday up to a minimum of 32 days.

We are ideally looking for someone for an immediate start.

Your salary will be commensurate with your performance history, your experience and your skills. The lower end shown is the starting basic and the upper end is the current OTE to include bonuses, commissions and incentives, both based on a 5 day week.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
