The role of credit control will include:

- Handling claims
- Producing monthly reports
- Resolving queries
- Reconciliations
- Managing ongoing disputes with customers
- Cash Allocation

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Willing to learn and happy to ask questions
- Happy to work mostly from home
- Good knowledge of Excel using formulas
- Able to work from Chessington a minimum of once a month
