We have a great role for a **Sales Administrator** to join a lovely team based in Pirbright on a 12-Month Contract. You will support and perform administrative duties for the team and senior staff members within the businesson a part-time basis.

**Duties Include**:

- Booking in, managing and allocating stock of small technical components
- Managing the physical location of parts and stock
- Liaising with sub-contractors and partners on lead times and quality
- Working to ensure timely submission of POs to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Updating customer orders, component parts and returns on spreadsheets
- Ensuring alignment of information between online store, Quickbooks Online and spreadsheets
- Assisting with preparing, packing and shipping of finished products

**Experience required**:

- Flexible, with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, self-starting attitude
