Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate, supervise and coordinate production on our large state of the art MOBA egg grader, fulfilling orders for customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Operate to all audit standards including BEIC and BRC
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in food production or related industry
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Proficiency in basic mathematics for inventory management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,850.08-£41,197.97 per year
