Washplant Site Supervisor

**Position: WashPlant Supervisor**

The WashPlant Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the washplant and will report to the Site Manager. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all production requirements are met by employees in a timely and accurate manner.

Based within a busy working quarry applicants must be willing to pitch in and get the job done. Any quarry experience would be an advantage.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily activities of the plant, including scheduling, production, and quality control.
- Ensure that production goals are being achieved on a daily basis.
- Ensure that quality standards are being maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and is being used for production purposes.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees are complying with safety guidelines and procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Holywell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
