**Contracts and Pricing Assistant**

**London (Cromwell Hospital and High Street Kensington) + Hybrid Working**

**Full time (37. 5hrs pw)**

Provide an added value service to the organisation by identifying improvements to processes and identify any opportunities for new revenue capture, together with enhancing quality of information.

**You'll help us make health happen through**:

- Application of negotiated contract agreements to the billing system and ensure that new tariffs are correctly entered, and the billing conforms to the agreements by carrying out regular billing audits.
- Maintenance of customer contracts including regular review of contract notes, pricing on billing system.
- Addressing billing queries and making necessary system changes, where applicable, and processing authorised adjustments on Compucare.
- Formulation of new charge and order codes and the standardization of charge levels across the various disciplines for equivalent procedures. To ensure that all charges are appropriately marked up.
- Updating and creation of new Packages with associated pricing together with amending Pricing for Services including maintaining updates from the CCSD Schedule.
- Adding new consultants to administration system.
- Assist with the agreement and implementation of annual hospital agreed pricing and producing Price Books and correspondence required.

**Key Skills needed for this role**:

- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to identify and act on opportunities for improvements in processes, controls and reporting.
- Ability to identify profit improving opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to search out relevant information and explanations.
- Deal effectively with both financial and non-financial management and staff at all levels.
