Crewing Supervisor

**Duties**:
As a Crewing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful and efficient crewing and associated transport/accommodation requirements for a defined group of vessels. Your duties will include:
- Reviewing crewing rota proactively to identify travel requirements to book/co-ordinate, resulting in, but not limited to:
- Booking flights
- Booking crew accommodation
- Booking transport such as hire cars, taxis, trains
- Sending out travel letters, confirmations, and any other documentation pertinent to the crew members upcoming travel arrangements
- Liaising with clients and informing them of upcoming crew changes
- Monitoring, maintaining and updating crew certificates
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Regular visits to the vessels in Europe (4-5 times per year)
- Reviewing crew hiring requirements and CV's and managing the onboarding process
- Building and maintaining relationships with crew members within your cluster, communicating with them regularly
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Dealing with travel issues out of hours i.e. cancellations
- General administrative duties - answering the phone, accepting deliveries etc
- Any other duties instructed by management
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience:
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of working well under pressure and dealing with last minute changes
- Proficiency in internet search engines, outlook, word and excel
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with crew members and stakeholders

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
