Milk Education is partnering with and nurturing a Primary School in the heart of Trafford. We are looking for an unqualified behavior buddy to help assist, nurture and become a companion to a pupil in their year 1 class. This role is to begin in January on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

- You will be working under the direction of the teacher, helping and assisting with any instruction given
- Must have a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to help with the child’s development
- To create a safe secure space for the child
- Have the ability to remain calm and patient
- To be reliable and flexible
- Experience working with Children or experience working within a classroom
- To have a knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum
- Must be capable of managing behavior
