Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at our salon in wallington. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Your creativity and passion for hair will shine as you help clients achieve their desired looks.

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client requests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas
- Assist with store management tasks as assigned
- Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proficiency in barbering techniques for both men's and women's haircuts
- Strong store management skills to assist with daily operations
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other stylists
- Mentoring skills to guide junior stylists in their professional development
- Experience in eyelash extensions (optional)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £8.48-£11.83 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 47 per week

**Experience**:

- stylist: 3 years (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
