We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Intervention and Wellbeing Adviser to join our nurturing and growing team at Red Balloon Norwich. The role is central to the school community and promotes positive attitudes towards regular school attendance on the part of students aged 11-19 and their parents/carers to maximise all education opportunities available. Many students at Red Balloon Norwich have encountered significant barriers to accessing mainstream school including anxiety, trauma and sensory needs linked to wider learning difficulties and SEMH needs. As Designated Safeguarding Lead the role will also support wider wellbeing and career intervention across the school.

Pay: £22,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
