**POSITION: GOODS IN SUPERVISOR - BACK SHIFT**

**BASED AT KINGSWAY - National Living Wage plus 5% Shift premium**

**We are looking to recruit a Goods In Supervisor for the Back Shift at our Kingsway sites, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations team. A proactive individual with attention to detail, you will be assisting with the management of the goods in operation and night shift deliveries. This is a permanent position working from**

**Monday to Friday 1.30pm -10.00 pm. Total 40 hours per week.**

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Proven capability in managing small teams.
- Proven ability to adapt & change dependent on business requirements.
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.
- Demonstrate ability to drive and sustain quality standards.
- You must be computer literate with good numeracy skills

**Examples of Key tasks include**
- Assisting with the unloading and loading of deliveries.
- Booking and completion of deliveries to goods in time sheets.
- Ensure that stock received is 100% accurate and that any discrepancies are reported immediately.
- Ensure that goods received are located in the correct locations and the systems are accurately updated at each process.
- Completion of drivers’ documentation to ensure the correct time and date entries for deliveries.
- Operating machinery and equipment provided to carry out the duties of the post (training will be given)
- Consolidation of stock within the warehouse to maximise space.
- Completion and distribution of all relevant documentation and forward to internal departments to ensure effective recording of company procedures are carried out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.97 per hour
