**Context**

The Stretch Tent Company hires stretch tents and ancillaries for outdoor events across the UK, helping to create amazing spaces for private garden parties and country weddings to corporate events and large-scale festivals.

We are seeking a well organised person to join our small management team to manage our depot and support our on-site rigging operations. Working from our Milton Keynes depot this role will be focused on ensuring timely delivery of jobs throughout our busy season whilst looking after equipment and maintaining an organised depot. This will be a practical, hands-on role as part of the management team leading the planning and preparation of crews, vehicles and kit in and out of the depot. The role will be focussed on ensuring high levels of organisation to ensure a constant state of readiness.

This is a small team and flexibility is essential, with everyone doing whatever is needed to deliver a great outcome for our customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain excellent standards of organization, maintenance and storage of all equipment coming in and out of the yard / depot.
- Managing the crews in the depot including enforcing health & safety, driving standards and behaviour.
- Vehicle planning and maintenance - manage a small fleet of vans.
- Deliver efficient management of equipment and processes in and out of the yard.
- Picking, loading and unloading equipment on and off vans.
- Consumables management and procurement.
- Crew scheduling and planning, and support for recruitment to match the plan.
- Responsible for inspection, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and basic safety repairs.
- Maintain all equipment ready for dispatch
- Ensuring that warehouse and staff facilities are kept clean, tidy at all times.
- Operating pedestrian stacker machine to pick / store equipment - training available
- Ideally, you will have adaptable skills and be flexible to work on site with rigging teams to learn the on-site processes and support off-season rigging operations.
- Work across other areas of the business during the off-season.

**Pay**

Pay range from £30,000-£35,000 pro rata (for a full time equivalent role). Offer may include reduced winter hours and will depend on skills and experience.
